We envision a world in which the connectivity of devices facilitates optimal well-being for ourselves and our environment, including our plants, outsourcing stress-inducing activities to our smart devices.

In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, our Hydro Guardian solution combines an efficient plant watering systems with a water dispenser to offer users an integrated living experience, taking the burden of these activities out of your hands, literally.
​
The Hydro Guardian was developed as a project over the course of a semester, for the course Industrial Internet of Things at NTUST, in 2023.

Multi-functional
Our product is multi-functional, making shared use of a water tank for both watering plants and filling your water bottle. Saving time AND space!
Eco-friendly design
The Hydro Guardian intelligently manages the water needs of plants, promoting a smarter, healthier and more environmentally friendly home life.
First-rate materials

We use robust materials, and do not compromise on quality. We use a capacitive moisture sensor which is the more endurable choice!
Drip watering system
Outperforms timer-based systems that use fixed frequency and fixed amounts of water, in particular in scenarios where evaporation rate is unstable:

changes in sunlight can lead to the plant requiring less water;

temperature change & relative humidity both affect the evaporation rate.

An excess or shortage of water can easily depress your plants, or worse.
Wi-Fi connectivity
In today's fast-paced world, chances are you forget to refill the water dispenser in your living environment. Our service includes Wi-Fi connectivity to send an e-mail alert when the water tank is nearly empty.

The hands-free bottle filling system will sense the weight of your water bottle, and fill accordingly!
Weight-sensing bottle platform
Automatic water filling
Equipped with a weight sensor, when a cup with a set weight is placed on it, the water cup will be filled automatically.

E-mail notification
There is a water level sensor wire in the bucket. When the water level is insufficient, the user will be notified to refill the water.
